Bob Long oversees sales and marketing for InstantAV.
Prior to InstantAV Mr. Long lead sales and marketing for Vantage (purchased by Legrand in 2006) with a team of 36 independent reps and over 1500 independent CEDIA dealers. His duties also included product design, development, and market strategies. His efforts at Vantage tripled the company. Mr. Long was also a Managing Director for Northwestern Mutual Financial Network leading his group to a top 20 ranking and the #1 internship program in America for 4 years, as measured by the Princeton Review.
Rick Rood leads the design and manufacturing of InstantAV units.
Prior to InstantAV Mr. Rood founded and rapidly grew two electronic companies, Dynatel and R2W. Dynatel operated for 13 years and sold to a national firm. R2W, in 7 years, grew to over 70 employees and $18 million in annual revenues. Mr. Rood holds four US patents and three pending patents in relevant areas of electronic design and manufacturing.
Rick Rood is a graduate of Southern Nevada Vocation Technical Center holding Certificates in Refrigeration and Electronics as well as other manufacturer certifications in the tele/data, fiber and audio-video industry. He is also a BICSI Certified Registered Communications Distribution designer (RCDD).
David Daniels is a 31 year veteran of the consumer electronics industry, managing and owning electronics businesses focused on residential, commercial, specialty A/V, and control systems. He is the CEO of Electronics Systems Consultants (ESC) in Aspen, CO. ESC is recognized as an industry leader in sales, technology development, software development and industry standard best practices. Mr. Daniels was chosen to become the CEO of both major industry roll-ups in the 1997 and 2004.
Mr. Daniels has a diversified background and owns a number of businesses including; real estate development, alternative energy systems engineering and deployment, bio-tech cardiovascular R&D, and business management consulting.
Mr. Daniels attended the University of Oklahoma as a pre-med student majoring in physics, mathematics and statistical analysis.
