Content Publishing
InstantAV's Signage Software provides an elegant and simple-to-use interface for assembling, managing, and distributing signage content. Once you click on the links below to download and install the software, creating effective digital signs can be as simple as uploading your photos and illustrations to our web-based content manager, placing appropriate text next to those photos, and publishing them. More sophisticated options are available, and soon-to-be available web-based video tutorials can help you master the processes in short order. An introductory tutorial is available here (please be patient--it takes a few moments to load).
Links to the software are provided below. Clicking the AIRStudio link installs a copy of the studio/management software on your local computer, though you will still need access to the Internet to upload your content. Clicking the WEBStudio link simply takes you to the website where you can run a web-based version of the software to accomplish the same things as the AIRStudio offers, but without installing anything locally.
You need to be an InstantAV customer to access the server where content is stored and distributed. If you would like to become an InstantAV customer, contact our corporate offices and speak with anyone in the Sales depatment.
